In the expanse of the cosmos, the Earth dances to the rhythm of celestial events. The changing positions of our planet in relation to the Sun give rise to the beautiful phenomena known as equinoxes, marking the balance of day and night. "Equinox Passing" is a musical odyssey that takes you on a captivating journey through the events and processes that define our calendar.

As we pass the autumn equinox, marking the formal end of summer, Gilbert reflects on the events and processes that have beat out the rhythm of life on earth throughout recorded time and before. How climate change is now shifting the meaning and phase of these elements even within our lifetimes.
